Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 8.00am to 9.30am (early breakfast on request)
Breakfast includes: Full continental breakfast with fresh fruit, fruit juices, bread, yogurts, freshly baked pastries, a range herbal teas, English breakfast tea & coffee.

Lunches

Comprise of sandwiches, panini's, salads and other light bites. Served between 12.00 to 2.00pm

Evening Meals

We prepare food with high quality local ingredients, some grown by ourselves, and cook Italian and International dishes to a very high standard.

Shambala Retreat is also able to offer a very good selection of regional and local Italian wines
All evening meals need to be booked in advance at breakfast.

We offer luxury marquees which can hold up to 250 people for engagement parties, wedding receptions, birthday parties, special anniversaries, christenings, annual dinners, annual balls, and many other exclusive occasions.

Devid Pellini with his attentive and welcoming team of chefs & silver service waiters has a reputation as one of the best caterers in Le Marche.

The extensive menu which is offered uses fresh high quality ingredients skilfully combined to bring out the best of a wide range of traditional dishes offered both in classic style and with a new twist. All the food is imaginatively cooked to perfection.

All menus for the different events can be tailor made to include fish, meat and vegetarian dishes.

Aslo availble in Le Marche through Devid Pellini are Castles, Abbeys & Luxury Villa's were Special and Exclusive Celebrations may be held.
