Shambala can organise a visit to the San Ginesio cantina: Taste & experience the cantina’s best local wines and savour some of the typical local cheeses & salamis.
Cost of guided visit through the cantina including wine tasting & sampling of the delicious local cheeses and salamis'- € 13.00 + IVA per person . Transport to the cantina can be arranged through Shambala at an additional cost for those without transport.

Truffle Hunting & Cookery Courses

Learn all about Fresh White & Black truffles from Le Marche.The Truffle excursion includes being taken out in the morning by an experienced Truffle
hunter and his dogs in search of fresh truffles.You will then be taken back to his Agriturismo and shown by the Italian chef how to use the Truffles to cook typical Italian dishes. For Lunch you will be able to try those wonderful dishes you have created along with a wine tasting. There will also be truffles to take home with you.

 Italian Wine Tasting Excursion near Ascoli Picena
Agrivitivinicola “San Francesco” was founded long ago by the Cherri Family.
The Cantina and vineyards are situated in the medieval settlement of
Acquaviva in the province of Ascoli Picena. The vines are classified for DOC
